I have not received my products. These products should not be made available to sell to SA citizens. I have to pay an extra R350 to SAHPRA and I also have to pay a homeopath to give me a prescription and fill out forms to be submitted to SAHPRA. Have I known this, I would not have ordered the homeopathic drops. Silkrute did get a hold of me and I did let them know about the extra R350 I had to pay to SAHPRA. I was refunded for the drops, but unfortunately had a loss of R350 and all the time I spent filling out the forms.
